Welcome to Foundations Behavioral Services!

Foundations Behavioral Services opened on January 31, 2005 as a division of Arc Services, Inc. Initially providing counseling services for people with behavioral health and substance abuse issues, since that time, we have expanded our Foundations division to provide various community based services in Cabarrus, Davidson, Stanly, Rowan, and Union counties.
